The new auditorium combines the functions of a sloped floor theater and maker space. The 26,000 SF facility includes retractable and balcony seating with 400-seat capacity, robust back stage facilities, a digital media classroom and film and video production classroom. Acoustical panels and black out shades drop down for theatrical performances and retract for when the room is transformed into a flat floor maker space for prototype development and demonstration, maker space competitions, hackathons and e-gaming tournaments.

The auditorium is developed as the second phase of campus improvements for Magnolia High School master planned by our team. The first phase is the Cybersecurity Classroom and Adminsitration Building estimated to complete construction in 2024.
