This project includes the removal of an existing kindergarten building to be replaced with a new 2-story classroom building. The new building will house nine classrooms: three kindergarten classrooms (1,350 ASF each) and six general purpose classrooms (960 ASF each). While the new building is constructed, temporary portables will be provided for the interim period during which school operations will continue undisturbed as the new permanent facility is built. Additionally, the project will include site development and landscaping around the new classroom building as well as expanded parking.
